Vitor Motais the name behind Atomik born in SMFeira, Portugal in 1985 and very early came into contact with electronic music.

At age 16 he begins to make his first dj sets at home, school parties, parties of friends, after going to his first psytrance partys in Subsolo Club in Ovar, Aveiro. Taking advantage of every opportunity to demonstrate his talent as a DJ. Then at age 18 comes the invitation to become resident dj in V.N. Bar in S.M.Feira, after the residency of portuguese house Dj Whyzen with whom he shared the booth months earlier. ​​3 years passed and Atomik is invited to play in Kalix Bar in S.M.Lamas where, months later turns out to also to establish himself as resident DJ for 1 year, acting and often sharing the booth with DJane Short and other  DJs that area.

Deciding to expand their'' expertise'' in this art decides to go to England where he quickly starts playing at hotel partys, clubs and private parties in the city where he lived, coming back to share the booth with DJs of his area of residence such as Dj Dave Green and Dj  Goldtooth. In 3 years of stay in this country Atomik establishes a relationship with various styles of electronic music but still establishes  himself in the psytrance full on style.

In August 2010 Atomik returned to Portugal and begins working with the Power Planet.Org and DevaShakti Events having a new contact with the Portuguese public trough in&outdoor events.

Currently Atomik plans to start producing his own tracks and has dedicated his  time to this objective...

Atomik is known for his powerful dj sets with much joy and happiness, lots ofgroove and action with the dancefloor.
